Does RockPro make GST invoices?
Yes. Crusher dispatches and yard sales can be billed as GST tax invoices with CGST and SGST, or IGST for customers in another state, with HSN codes, and printed or shared as PDF.
Does it work with a weighbridge?
Yes. Each lorry is weighed twice (gross and tare) on a weighbridge ticket, and the net weight goes into the boulder inward or the dispatch. Weights are typed from the weighbridge display.
Can drivers use it on their phone?
Yes. The Android app lets drivers and supervisors enter trips, diesel, expenses, tyre changes and document photos, even without network; entries are sent when the signal returns.
How is stock valued?
At weighted-average cost per yard or plant. Transport, unloading and royalty are added to the cost of what comes in, and back-dated entries re-value everything after them automatically.
Is my data safe?
Each business has a separate workspace with role-based access, MPIN sign-in, an audit trail of every change and encrypted connections. You can export all your data at any time.
